My goal is to provide a personalized service to each client. Being more than 25 years serving SWF area in this business I learned to identify damage in the early stage before it becomes a disaster. Each property is unique and each client`s specific needs are unique. Returning home after the season or just a long vacation it is vital to have someone caring for your home when you are away.
- Inspect that A/C is cooling and reset thermostat and humidity settings if needed
- Check Kitchen appliances
- Run water in toilets, showers and sinks
- Run garbage disposal
- Check for evidence of water leeks or damage
- Check for visual signs of mold and mildew
- Walk exterior perimeter of home to check pool condition, screening, signs of vandalism, etc
- Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize chance to break-in
- Turn on car if necessary
- Visual inspections for signs of insects and or rodents
- Thow away food that may expire
- Turn off main water valve
- Change the smoke detector batteries if necessary *
- Run dishwasher from time to time
- Prepare house or just lanai/pool area in case of hurricane *
- Turn on /off ice makers
- Replace lightbulbs as needed *
- Check closets for any bugs infestation
- Check electric panel for tripped breakers and make sure electric water heater breaker is off
